Our Team

Isaac Otu is a Materials Engineer, Corrosion Engineer, researcher, and science communicator passionate about advancing corrosion science, asset integrity, and engineering education across Africa.

He holds a BSc in Materials Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and works in the oil and gas sector, where he focuses on corrosion management, protective coatings, inspection, and infrastructure reliability.

He co-founded C2S to bridge the gap between academia and industry, creating a platform for research dissemination, professional development, student engagement, and industry collaboration across Africa.

Lawrence Cudjoe is a Materials Engineer with a focus on asset integrity, corrosion engineering, and infrastructure durability. He holds a BSc in Materials Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

Lawrence has practical experience in quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) and non-destructive testing (NDT), having inspected welds and engineering components using visual, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing. He currently serves as Teaching and Research Assistant in the Department of Materials and Metallurgical Engineering at KNUST, with research interests in corrosion, surface modification, and welding.

As co-founder, Lawrence contributes to Infrastructure Durability and Asset Integrity work, applying his background in corrosion and inspection to support infrastructure protection and resilience across Africa.
